If i called dish network costumer service today would they be open?

Just call them and see, best way to know really!

Try calling and see.  But it is likely you will get more help on January 2, 2008.

It may be that their computers have simply not updated that channel yet or authorized it for all the boxes that they have out there.

If you went to the N web site and looked up the CHANNELOLOGY thing then you know what channel it is.  Keep trying.
