If i can have a car at Spelman

If I live on Spelman campus....as a freshman do I have the right to have my car on the campus

I go to spelman and was a freshman last year i live in ga and actually kept my car at morehouse on the top level of the parking deck and had no problem.  You would have to pay when you take your car out but at a certain time they leave the gate open.  If you say that you lost your ticket stub that you got when you first came in it only cost 3 bucks but it cost 3 bucks a day.  I didn't use my car that much though.
