If i cancel airplane ticket then they will pay back money or cant?

Any ticket purchased through an agency is nonrefundable through the airline it was purchased on.  You can get a refund depending on why you want it such as death, family emergency,job,doctor, or even jail with proof.  Y class is a refundable ticket. The key with a nonrefundable ticket is to get it reissued before the travel date. You can have it reissued and then you have up to one year to travel or use it toward another trip somewhere else.
