If i cannot justify social diversity politly, does that make me a racist?

iam an intelligent man who has many friends of differant ethnic backgrounds but cannot justify colour diversity politly. iam not bad but bored enough to think about racist views it s starting to p**s me of a bit can anyone help

  1. Is your intelligence and capability in YOUR skin color? Or in who you ARE? I don't know your race, but assuming you're white, I'll make a point that blacks can contribute much to our world, and I've seen whites who disintegrate into the hedonism and self-destruction of drugs. How is skin color the pre-determination of destiny? Check out CNN's "What does it mean to be black" special. The black community must work twice as hard to be considered equal to whites, and that means they are twice the person a white is. They have twice the talent, ambition, and brains.
