If i change one of my groups members to a owner, will i still be the owner too? Can i have two owners?

  1. Yes. You may have up to 15 owners / moderators for one group. After you grant another member the ownership, you may leave yours if you want to. Here is more info about this issue:

  2. there is no recognition of 1st owner- once adding another owner, you&#039;re both owners.

    consider making one a moderator- unless you know this person REAL well. often enough one gets a power trip and demotes the other owner- you can limit a moderators priviledges to where it wont jeapordize your group or you

    From the list on the left, click Members and locate the member on the Members page.

    Click Edit Membership.

    A little way down, click Change to Moderator.

    Click on the Make Moderator button to confirm.

  4. Yes, you will still be an owner of that group.  Yes, you can make two other members owners. You can have up to 15 owners/moderators.

    I would like to add that once you make the two members an owner, you cannot change those two people back to members or remove them from your group.  Each owner, including you, would have equal powers and cannot overrule each other.
