If i click onto my own website 100 X a day, will that be recognized by Google, thus earning a higher ranking?

i realize the more visitor and viewers, the higher up on the search pages you will climb. So if i use my own PC and click my new website a 100 times every day, just as an example, willl that help my ranking at all?
