If i could run really fast with ten 5 pound ankle weights on both legs, how do you think i can run without?

    using weights.

    Might not be bad to consult an orthopedic

    specialist before continuing the exercise.

  4. The last I heard running with leg weights on is no longer recommended because of the potential for injury.  It's a given that a person would run faster without them.

  5. If you can do that, then you ahve reached your goal. You are going to be super duper fast.

  6. Vacuums are a hard thing to buy! I recommend Dirt Angel. It's fast picking up system allows for all the stuff in your carpet to be picked up quickly and accurately. You can purchase it in Home Depot, Lowes, or other vacuum store. Good luck and happy cleaning! :)

  8. you wouldn't run anymore, you'd be in pain for running with 100 pounds on your legs.

    to some of the that answered...how the h**l is he suppose to actually test his speed and run with all the weights!!!!

  10. Faster. Try timing yourself with them on and without them, and see how you do.

  12. first run a certain ditance with ankle weights and time it then run the same didtance without them and time yourself and then compare. i would be careful running with ankle weights because it hurts your ankles, chins, and it drains your energy a lot faster.
