If i couldn't ask asylum in the London air port ..should i ask for a case owner or take ......?

if i couldn't ask asylum in the air port ..should i ask for a case owner or take an appointment from the UK border before i go to and ask or apply for asylum? please help me ?

Time does not make any difference. Morning or Evening.  When you will ask a asylum,  they will take you in Police custody.  They will send you to hostel guarded by police.  It can take one month or six months.  

If you got positive then you can stay in the State, If negative you will be deported to your country.
