If i delete a video (imported from my camera) from itunes, is there any way to get it back?

i've been having alot of trouble importing my videos from my camera and i finally did. however, they were in .mov and so i put them on my itunes and converted it ti .m4v so it could be on my ipod. i then deleted the .mov version. but now i want to upload some of them onto photobucket and they only take the .mov version. is there any way to get my videos back?! ive already looked in the recycle and they arent there...

  1. Did you delete them completely from iTunes?   or did you only remove them from your playlist?

    If you are not sure, your iTunes folder is in your Music folder.  Look in there (you might have to right click and choose view contents).

    One you locate them, import them into iMovie and save them to .mov .  This process is can also be complete much faster in quicktime if you have it registered.
