If i do 300 situps a day, will my jean's waistline be looser by september 3rd? pictures included? please help?

hey its megan, my 13 year old cousin has a question. shes not really that fat, she shops at abercrombie, a+f, hollister, and guess. shes just a size L in all of them,so if you could help her out it'd be great (:

the jeans fit PERFECT everywhere and they look really good on me except for the waist.. do you think if i did 200 to 400 sit ups a day (how many would i do???please answer that =]]] ) they would fit ok by school (september 3rd)? it seems like a lot of situps but im used to them from dance and its no problem for me..so do you think they would fit ok?

the problem was at old navy this size fit perfect everywhere but the waist and the next size up was soooooo baggy it looked like gansgster jeans lol...so if you guys could pleazzzzzze help! thankz sooooo much!!!!!!!!! and plz no rude comments about my size ): im really trying hard so constructive nice comments are good :)

  1. doing sit ups wont really help since your trying to lose the fat in your stomach try doing cardio like running biking or any other sports that makes u move alot and also try to lay off from junk food

    don't over do it!

    i did like 100 crunches and like 50 inverse crunches and i layed off sodas and lost about ten, fifteen pounds and a pants size.

    it's not really that difficult =]

    you just need freetime and patience.

    suprisingly, on my first day people noticed i lost weight, and so did my mom... but i didn't really notice it

  3. Yes sit ups would be a great workout to help make your jeans loser. Also jogging is a great workout. Also to help lose some water weight (believe it or not) drink lots of water. Also some helpful things to do would be to cut your calories and lower your sugar and sodium (salt) intake. Do things simple things and you will will be losing weight in no time.

    I used to do sit ups and I would do 300-500 a day. My stomach flattened quickly.

  4. So, doing more then about 3 sets of 15 sit ups a day is horrible for you, as you can cause hernias, and other injuries.

    If you are wanting to work your abs, best things to do are, running, burns fat, helps to build abs through stabilization.

    do normal crunchs 3 x 15

    bicycle crunchs 3 x 15

    plank for 3 x 30seconds

    side plank 2 x 30 seconds each side

    pulsating v-sit 3 x 15

    google those exercises if your not sure how to do them.

    you prob wont get that great of results by sept 3, but you will start too.. within a few weeks you'll see results for sure!

  5. SORRY BUT YOU CANT SPOT REDUCE YOU GOT GET UP AND EXCERCISE... IT WILL PROBABLY LOSEN A LITTLE BIT...

  6. Sit-ups are known as one of the most pointless workouts. They do NOTHING (look it up). Anyway, Running is your best bet. interval running as well, running normally, and then speeding up, etc, etc, wash, rinse, repeat.

    ALSO! Do Bicycles. Bicycles are 10 Times better than crunches. Look em' up, those can help you the most.
