Question:

If i do a workout this week, than change it in 4 weeks, and than back to the 1st workout in 3rd month?

would that effect my muscles more if i do workout like that

  1. yes--you should switch your work out up to keep getting results.

    I think so--if you want you could add a few more routines in.

    but by the time the next month is over the moves from the first will be beneficial again.

    just go with how you feel--you can tell if your body is feeling it or not.
