  1. Im sure you can advertise anywhere. Local newspapers are good yes. There are other ways:

    Online:

    Advertise on sites like http://www.sellit-right.com

    create a blog and allow comments

    Myspace

    facebook

    bebo

    Have vid?Then Youtube

    Offiline;

    Flyers and word of mouth

    Ad on your company / general vehicle or bicycle.


  2. I'm sure you could. Also try craigslist if your city has one.

    Just be sure to delete your eBay ad if your item gets sold.
