If i do intense 1 hour cardio every 3 days a week will i get better in ice hockey speed?

i am bulking up...but i don't noe if i should do so much...i dun wanna lose muscle mass...how can i keep the muscle but keep my stamina and speed up

  1. Try four. And do weights after cardio.


  2. The cardio will help more for your stamina than speed. Bulking up too much will actually slow you down. You need to work on sprints and flexibilty to improve speed.

  3. Every three days a week?? Wait 'til I get my hands on that boss of mine, *&$*%$## told me there was seven so I'd work more.

  4. Try going to school and learning how to write a sentence.
