I have been a UK citizen since birth and i am in Year 11. I have always recieved education in the UK. I am planning to do my A-levels in Dubai, UAE next year. Will Universities in the UK consider me as an 'overseas/international' student and therefore require me to pay extra fees when I go to Uni?

  1. If you are a U.K. citizen then you then you will always pay U.K. resident tuition regardless of how long you are out of the country.

So you can study in the UAE for your A'levals and then return to the U.K. and attend university and still pay the U.K. resident tuition costs.
