If i do not complete 1 year with a company in dubai & move to jebel ali, what are the bans I'm like to get?

You have to compensate your former company for each month not completing the one year service with Dhs 500. Means i.e. you stayed with your company for 10 months, you have to pay 2 times dhs 500 = Dhs 1.000

Also receiving a 6 months working ban, you still can take employment at the Freezone.
