  1. taking protein shakes as a supplement will help a lot.. but it doesn't mean you won't gain muscle.  

    stick to a good routine and eat healthy.you will notice results within a few weeks.


  2. Protein is a very crucial ingredient to muscle building, kind of like an accelerator. Although protein is not required for growing muscle, you will have much better results from taking it. You will both see and feel the difference after every workout. So i would highly recommend protein after your workouts. But like i said, it is not required, but your results will be minimal.  

  3. Before I even try and answer, please learn how to spell.

    waights is weights and mussle is muscle.

    Please re post the kwestion  with the rite spelling and if I'm in a good mood I mite ansur it.
