I've never downloaded something from this website before, so i was doing some research, so far it's legal, and according to most people its safe, but what i don't know is if I'd be charged, i cannot afford to be paying for anything so i wanted to ask.
and if they DO indeed charge do you know of a website where i can download RTPe.exe for free?
