I wouldn`t know about EA games as such.

But most games work with a key - and you have purchased the key.

So, you should be able to re download a game - BUT use the key you have (of course) stored elsewhere.

If you haven`t got that either, you`ll first need to learn to make backups, and then contact the game makes sales department and explain what happened.

All sales should be on record - so they can usually send you your order confirmation with key to the address registered with them.
