  4. Yep, a little cause its oil, but the salt, and fat, in peanuts still add calories.

  5. Yes, it will be lower in calories except it will be difficult to spread. I have done this before and it's do-able esp if you use it on toast or firm bread rather than soft bread

    There's also another kind of peanut butter called PB2 that is peanut butter that has most of the fat removed and powdered. You mix it with water and use it like regular peanut butter. It's not bad but certainly not as tasty as good natural type peanut butter.

  7. yes, but that oil is there to help you stir, without it, you might as well not eat the peanut butter because it'll be too hard to get out of the jar.

  8. Don't think so. Oil is already in ingedients, so you can't drain it out
