  1. no

  2. Nope. Water is of the same density as the water in the pool. So it won't hurt your ability to float or help it. However, eating or drinking anything won't make any significant difference in your buoyancy (ability to float).

  3. as compared to what? you would have to drink gallons to even show a difference in buoyancy

  4. No, but you may have to get out once in a while for a pee, lest the water turn a funny colour.

  5. No. You float depending on your bouyancy. Drinking water has nothing to do with your bouyancy.

  6. i put a lot of thought and time into researching this question. i have come to one conclusion. you see, you should be very happy because i spent hours at the library looking up this answer. you baffled me oh so much with this. my mind ached dearly for days upon end as i was searching, book after book, library after library, website after website, and minute after minute of thinking, wondering, pondering, hoping, make-believing, praying, and wishing upon every star in the sky to find you an answer. or an end to my quest. and finally, this perioullous journey has come to an end. the battle is over and i have come staggering out of the battle field, wounded but yet still, victorious. and now, it is my duty to pronounce the answer. to get this aching weight off my feeble shoulders. after searching day and night, hour by hour, i have slowly produced a creature, a monster, or...an answer. if you drink 13 ounces of purified spring water, every 3 hours, starting at midnight, exactly, you will float l ike a gracefully swan, gently and carefully sliding across the waters edge.

thank you for sparing a small minute from your busy life style.

    yours,
