  1. Yes! It will seriously damage your child! And saying you're only 16 - what are you doing drinking (and pregnant) at 16?!? Your child's life is at more of a risk with every drink you take. You're not ready for a child if this is how you'll treat him/her before she/he's even born.

  2. I think David W has said it all!

  3. hahah  you can't help it  everyone can help it its life choice and you've made yours..

It prob wont do anything until the bub is 12 weeks but the thing with Alcohol is they don't know some only need a bit to have effect and others can drink like a fish and the baby be fine. I have seen some horrid effects.

Why don't you also think wants its doing to you?

  4. You can help it. Not all 16 year olds go out and drink every alcoholic beverage in sight.

Plus getting pregnant at 16 doesn't exactly give off the best impression of you, does it?

I suggest you stop drinking. And be a bit more careful instead of getting pregnant at such a young age when you obviously have no idea what you're doing.

  5. Yes it will. And why does your age matter? If you think your old enough and wise enough to be a parent than STOP.

  7. being 16 is no excuse.  It sounds like you have a drinking problem and need to get help.

yes it could harm the baby very much!

  8. i would consider stoping!!! it more depends on how far long ur ?

  9. I WOULD JUST SUGGESTED STOPPING.

  10. It definitely will honey, Please stop it, as you sound rather concerned for your baby, and i believe that you are. Think 1st about the life of your unborn baby that you are putting in great danger by doing something that you obviously can avoid. Stop it, and you won't regret it.

  11. yep, sounds like your mom did the same, for nine months.

  12. How can some people be so selfish and ask stupid questions like that on here and expect help from decent people. I know you are 16 love but you need to grow up if you are planning on keeping this poor child that has unfortunately got lumbered with you as a mother. I hope these great answers are opening your eyes to what a stupid girl you really are.

  14. Hi if you stop drinking from now on since you might have an incling you are pregnant then you should be ok, but do not drink any more during pregnancy, I found out I was prengnant on the 28th of December and I had been at a boxing day party at a relatives house and I drank a full bottle of wine, as I was cramping and thought I was about to come on any minute but it didnt nesscary feel like period pain but me and my hubby had been trying for a baby only for 2 month and everyone was telling us it could take ages so I didnt think I was pregnant so quick, but when I didnt come on and did a test and it was positive I didnt drink anything at all.

I was worring as on xmas day I had a class of wine and a few other drinks, we got loads of alcohol in for xmas and because I was pregnant, I didnt know at the time, this actaully made me not even stand the taste of alcohol which was a good thing.

Some people especially people who tend to go on out  and get drunk everyweek end dont even know they are pregnant, my sister in law is was a sort of party animal and she use to be out drinking nearly every night as she worked in a bar and used to have drinks with friend etc, but then she started feeling like c**p and then did a test and she was pregnant, but she drank way more than me and my nephew is fine. She did stop drinking and smoking as soon as she found out she was pregnant thought which is a good thing.

So it probably wont harm your baby but if you at least suspect you are pregnant then give up the drinking till you are sure, as it can really harm your baby.

I know you say you cannot help drinking as you are 16 but that is no excuse, drinking is a waste of time, Im only 21 and pregnant with my first baby and is not till you dont have drink you realise its nothing so special.

  15. As a substance abuse counselor to hundreds of men and women I can tell you 100% without a doubt IT WILL harm your baby.  It interferes with the growth of baby internally and externally as well as causing a lot of mental disabilities, alcohol syndrome babies, low birth weight on, and on.  Please for your sake and babies stop now.  If you can't on your own get help. This will leave lifetime scars

  16. It can do, you evil person.

I'm pretty sure no one is forcing the alcohol down your throat.

  17. If you think drinking is ok then you should no be having a baby, do you not read anything about not drinking when pregnant. The excuse ur 16 you should not even be drinking at that age. You have a responsibility now wise up to it!

  18. If you stop drinking now and throughout the rest of your pregnancy, there shouldn't be a problem.

  19. yep

  20. Their are lots of women who have drank within the first trimester when they didn't realise they were pregnant and still have healthy babies....blimey though hun, how do you know for sure you are expecting???

Just knock the drink on the head now and make an appointment with the Doctor/Nurse tomorrow=]
