  1. no you still need water because it cleans out your system.

  2. It will contain lots of caffeine and work as a diuretic and thus dehydrate you so you need to drink lots of plain water.

  3. yes, but you should still drink water

  4. ya that is how you make iced tea so it should work with any other tea

  5. Tea is good for you but water is the best even if the taste isn't always appealing to everyone. Plus with tea, you should watch your caffeine intake unless it's decaf, because caffiene is a diuretic which means it takes water from your system so you end up dehydrated and water is the only real fix for dehydration. But it's good you don't use sugar, you can have a little sugar but too much is never good as you probably already know.

  6. Steep the tea bags in hot water. Remove the tea bags, and put the hot tea to cool in the fridge. NEVER leave the tea bags (tea leaves) to stew in the water. Then, drink it as you like. But... it's a diuretic, so it will make you pee lots (not good if a washroom is not handy).

A diuretic will remove fluids from your system, so you need to drink more plain water too.

If you're prone to gall stones, or suffer from acid indigestion, then you probably shouldn't be drinking a lot of tea - especially strong tea.
