  1. you could be experiencing a psycological or nervous reaction possibly an alergic reaction but  not as likely because there would be skin or breathing symptoms too. the cafien stimulents can make you nortious. you could try decafinated beverages but ide check with anyone whos gone there first. try to drink something else besides tea coffee or omit the milk & soya substitutes untill you find something you can tolerate. cutting down on dary produce and lactose could have a benifit but you could try a long list of stuff that make people react in a simular way. let your drink cool or change brands. even something as simple as exercise could help boost fitness and stumoch muscles get you hearing checked as an inbalance between ears can cause unbalance  like sea sickness when you sway. dairy produce is basicly the true bio food like milk chees yogurt its  good bacteria for your system but the bodey has a system of anti bacteria to attack the bacteria wich can play havoc in some people and in turn causes mucus in the chest ears nose and throaght if you get more wax in one ear than the other then you get an imbalance that way and feel sick

  2. i feel a bit sixk after drinking tea u cood have a bit of infection in your stomache but i realyl dont know try goin to a specialist

  3. r u laktosintolerant?

  4. im sorry i have no idea to this but maybe you should come off the tea for a while and try different drinks. Maybe its the tea itself, however theres no tea in cereal haha. Try having a break from the milk and going back to it in a few weeks and see if theres and improvement x x
