If i drink to much water will i explode??????????

i drink water all day,and my side hurts allot

You won't explode, but if a person drinks too much water there is a possability that their brain can swell causing them to die.

hyponatremia is water intoxication a very real and dangerous condition. In the mean time eat something salty, and stop drinking so much water.

Yes eat some salt so you'll be heavier and full of saltwater-bad idea and doesn't work as you retain the water in you longer.

What you need is a diuretic to make you urinate, draws the water out.

Too much of a good thing is well, bad for you. While you won't explode you will feel bad and slosh and may vomit it back up.

I don't think you'll explode but if you exceed the litres of water - body weight ratio (i don't know what it is) then there's a significant risk of your blood thinning, which is really bad.

I'm about 130 lbs and I drink 2L of water per day, if that helps.

you need to eat some salty foods to soak up the water you've been drinking, you can actively damage your body with too much water.
