  1. Most states require the child to be enrolled in secondary education in order to receive support for them...moe importantly though, you need at least a high school education...stick with it!

  2. yes and if u r under 18 you will get in trouble. why do people drop out of school i know it can be hard but once they are done they dont hav to listen to teachers anymore. man if u stayed in school u could hav a good paying job mabye. and a nice family to. your going to regret it man

  3. Yes, and if you're under 18 you will get them in trouble.

  4. i think so!

    but dont drop out school!!!

  5. Child support is dependent on you being alive, not a drop out. One parent pays the other until you're 18, or until any back support is caught up. If you drop out, the parent paying the support will get a notice from the school that you've done so, and will probably be upset that you've done this. Now if you're receiving Social Security benefits, due to one of your parents dying, that would be in jeopardy of stopping, as you have to be in school until you're 22 to receive this. Why would you want to drop out anyway? Don't you have any dreams of what you'd like to do in the future? Without an education, there's not much out there. And the possibility of marrying rich doesn't come around very often. Dropping out just puts extra stress on your family. While you're going to school, your family has the hope that you're going to learn something that will help yourself be a more productive family member, and not just a drain on the family budget. There's already too much of that going on nowdays. I know of at least 20 young adults who've dropped out, and are living with friends, bouncing from one friend to another. That's not a life. While I know that school can be a drag, it's a necessary vehicle that can take you farther than anything else can. My daughter is going back to college, 'cause she found out that an associates degree isn't enough to get her where she wants to go. She found that living without extra education is next to impossible. Life is hard enough, with education. Without it, it will take you into places that are better left alone. Okay, end of lecture. Sorry. I'm a mom, what can I say?! Have a wonderful day. <*)))><

  6. yup

  7. Child Support from your Father?  No that won't stop until you are 18 and will go longer until it is paid up.
