No. Surgery is required for that but there is a much easier way. Style your hair differently. Unless you have the ears of a jackrabbit, you can make your ears all but disappear.

Yes, after a while.  But in the meanwhile your skin might get irritated.  If it does, you can switch to hypo-allergenic bandaging tape which you can get at the drug store.

But your offspring could still inherit your sticking-out ears.

Nope.  You can go to a plastic surgeon and have them tucked in.  They slice open the back of your ears and remove tissue.

I think so.  I read a book about George Lucas and they said that that's what he did.  Incidentally, Spielberg did the same type of thing with his nose.

An ear tuck procedure is very inexpensive, so that's something you could consider.

I'm not sure about the tape, it may make a difference?

No.  Ears are genetic and this can not be changed unless surgery is performed.  This is the same as height, eye color, the color or your hair, etc.
