i have brown hair and would like to turn a few bits blue - (if you've ever watched the film aquamarine, I'm trying to achieve the same effect as hailey) if i do this at a hairdresser's and have either permanent or semi-permanent colour put in, will my blue eventually turn green? if so is there any other way of putting blue in my hair without using colour or clip on things

  1. i have brown hair and dyed a bit blue, to make it look any good you need to bleach the bit of hair you want blue to blonde then put blue in.. yes it will evetnually turn greeny blue which you then don't like and die it brown. but because of the bleached bit it goes blonde so you have a blonde bit in your hair which has annoyed me since cause it seems to never go away

  2. no but it will eventually fade and turn a grey-ish colour

  3. Shouldn't do. I have brown hair, dyed it blue with a semi-permanent dye and it stayed blue for ages then faded back to brown.

  4. no..it is very rare that someones hair will turn green, and its not to do with the dye alone, its also to do with your health at the time.

  5. it might it depends what hair dye you use but if you bleach it first it wont :) but then it will go blond...

  6. there is no way that u will avoid the fading for ever... but if u get the hair dresses to dye certian parts white blonde then put the blue over that it will last longer. but its better to use clip ins way cheaper and easier to change if u dont like it with out the fading

  7. i dont no but y would u f(ck up ur hair and do that to it
