  1. occasionally its ok, and if you want to be the average overweight american that's perfectly acceptable. that's a lot of fat and sodium as someone pointed out. their are healthy, cheap fast food alternatives to burgers, like fresh choice and subway, as long as you choose the right items. and don't buy into the myth that by eating any salad outweighs something laden with calories!

  2. That depends on what you consider healthy! it is different for everyone. Some people do better low carb, some do better low fat and some do better with a Zone like balance. Your lunch menu is too much for any of those.

As for the salad dressing? Again, it depends on what you consider healthful for you. I would avoid most commercial dressing as they are full of chemicals, corn syrup and processed fats. A good vinaigrette is your best bet.

So, I think you should cut it down to one sandwich with your salad at lunch, and make sure you eat some breakfast.

  3. should be ok as long as you stay light on the dressing it can really pack the fat and calories. and VERY little mayo on the chicken sandwiches

  4. Compared to the average American diet, No.

  5. I wouldn't think so..

    EDIT:

I looked it up and in those two sandwhiches, you're consuming over 1,120 calories, 60 grams of fat, and almost 3,000 grams of sodium! That's kinda nutty. No amount of salad can make that healthy, especially if its an everyday thing.
