If i eat 2 yogurts a day...exercise 1 h everyday... will i lose weight?

its ok if i do this for like a month or 2? i'll lose weight right?

  3. You wont be able to work out for an hour a day with only eating 2 yogurts all day. Your body needs more fuel to sustain a 60 minute workout session, plus it is retarded to limit yourself to 2 yogurts a day. Your body needs healthy food ( protein, carbs and yes even fat) and you cant get the necessary caloric intake for the day from 2 yogurts.

When you eat to little your body goes in to starvation mode and stores everything as fat you have to eat to a level letting your body know its ok to use the fat store you have, its all automatic like breathing and heart rate you have to know how much food to eat to turn your internal switch over letting your body know its ok to use your reserve everyone is the same. please don't think, not eating much will reduce weight, you have to eat enough to lose weight.   6. If you eat like that you'll become very ill very quickly. Im not on a diet, but iv lost two stone in about two months. I eat bacon sandwiches, chocolate, cakes and all kinds of c**p everyday, but as I do so much I dont put on weight. Im just trying to work out now how to stop losing weight.

    Please dont just eat two yogurts a day.

    P.S. thats not all I eat, we have an allotment so I generally have lots of fresh veg.

  7. Eat pecans or almonds with your yogurts and every other day eat a chicken, veggie Healthy Choice dinner. I lost 25 pounds that way and have not gained it back. But I exercise  30 minutes 3 or 4 days a week. Take vitamins too.

  8. Yogurt is not well rounded nutrition for 2 meals a day. You still need veggies, fiber and better protein. The main thing is to eat your biggest meal as early in the day as possible. That helps boost your metabolism and you have all day to burn it off.

  9. no, if all you do is eat 2 yogurts and don't eat anything else  then yea you'll lose some weight for a couple of days or so and then you'll start to get weak and not be able to workout and then you'll lose weight from being sick and frail..not good! to lose weight I'm guessing your a girl the #1 diet to lose weight shown my multiple studies is the Mediterranean diet for women!!!

  10. Yes,you will .But sanity demands we avoid excess that we live to  enjoy the fruit of our doings.

  11. Yeah you will but you'll make yourself very ill.  You should aim to eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight.  Keep exercising too.  Remember though not to weigh yourself for the first two weeks as you'll put weight on then (or stay the same) as muscle is heavier than fat.

    You would never be able to keep to your 1 hour a day exercise program for a start. You need energy to exercise, or haven't you heard?

  14. No ...no one can lose weight on 2 tubs of yohgurt a day for a month even without exercise!!! you will make yourself sick & malnourished.....why only the yohgurt? when we have all the fresh fruit & vegies, lean meat, eggs, grains etc available to us.
