  1. Yes u will lose a lot of weight

but as soon as u eat normal again you'l get bigger than you are already because u are forcing your body into starvation mode.

  2. How can I say this gently?  NO WAY!!!

You should NEVER, EVER eat below 1200 calories without being under doctor supervision.  The only thing you will accomplish is starvation.  Your body will not lose any weight at all.  You have to eat to lose weight, and 600-700 calories is not healthy.  Your hair will start to fall out, you'll lose lean muscle mass, and you'll feel sick and lethargic.  If you want to lose weight, you need to do it with some common sense.  First you need to know how many calories you burn in a day.  Go to google and type in BMR calculator.  Your basal metabolic rate is the number of calories you burn if you just sat in bed all day and didn't get up.  After you factor in how many calories you burn with exercise, you can estimate how many calories you burn in a day.  Now you need to have a deficit of between 3500-7000 calories per week.  This will help you lose around 1-2 pounds.  Anything more than that is unhealthy and will make you feel sick.  Keep a food journal and exercise journal and don't starve yourself.  I hope this helps, and good luck getting to your goal.

  3. No your body willl go into survival mode and you'll actually store fat! Then end up ill

You need to eat around 1500 calories of lean protein, veg, cut out on all the bad stuff. This is really healthy and you will notice a difference in 3 weeks. I have wrote a lot on this site for girls, about how to tone up etc

  4. you will with a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle you would lose a lot of weight and try doing some cardio in your workout like running, jogging ,swimming, brisk walking even dancing for 30 minutes 3 times a week and you will feel terrific.

  5. you dont need to starve or deprive yourself.

    for a workable diet

here is what my dietician suggests .  follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent  veg, 25 per cent  carb.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category,    25 per cent  protein.this will prevent cravings too.have a protein shake if you like too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit ideally berries,  or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is  permanent loss.  pick an exercise regime you like.

get a pedometer and  try to take 10,000 steps everyday.

  6. 600-700 calories isnt enough, i would aim for at least 1000 a day and eat smaller portions of healthy foods, like lean meats and vegetables, and substitute juice and soda (which are just empty calories) for water, and try and excersize moderately at least three times a week for 45 minutes...brisk walking or jogging, cardio is a good way to burn off extra calories..i hope this helps

  7. Don't try it, You'll lose it, And regain it. Try eating health and doing things like jogging for 20 minutes-30 minutes. eat lots of green food, (healthy) Smoothites (Made at home) Salad, Whatever. Just eat healthy, Train hard, And you'll be fine. And your weight sounds fine anyways.
