If I add an extra piece of fruit to my daily diet (I only have one right now), will it make me gain weight?

    You should be eating way more than two fruits a day anyways.


  2. Eat small meals every 2 hours, including fruit and veggies.

  3. depends on the fruit.  usually no, but lots of fruits are high in sugar.  but normally healthier for you in the long run and can be good for fiber intake.

  4. You really should try and have a healthy, balanced diet (5 portions of fruit & veg) so I really recommend that you start eating one.  Use more calories than you eat (exercising) and you should lose weight, so try running, swimming and things like pilates also etc.

    Calculate how many calories you get per day - the best place to be is between 1300 and 1800.

    An apple only has about 70 cals, and it takes 3500 calories to gain just one pound. And fruit's so good for you, it's definitely worth eating.
