If i fail a class would i have to pay financial aid back?

I am taking 12 credit hours this semester and am wondering if i fail one class(3 credit hours)would i have to pay a portion back? I received $1,200 for fall semester.And, how do i notify financial aid that i failed a class?

I don't think so. I don't think you have to notify financial aid either. If you drop a class, then you might because you are not going to school full time.
