If i fast the whole month of ramadan would i get skinnier?

  1. most people gain weight during ramadan, it depends on how much u eat during Iftar.


  2. Uhm... if you mean fast from food entirely... you'd be pretty close to dead... no offense... I probably am just misunderstanding.

  7. you're supposed to fast the whole month  the  idea is to feel how poor people and needy so you would help  plus  the more of pain you have the more mercy you get towards people , also this month is for praying to god and getting closer to in courage you for the whole year  plus it gives you the forgivness of the past deeds

  10. That is not the purpose of fasting, BUT if you eat adequately and not laze around after the fast is open there may be a Chance ;p

  11. yes youll get skinnier but youll also get sick and slow your matabolism down so that when you do start eating regular youll gain all of your weight back and maybe even gain a few lbs. if the point of it is to just lose weight it isnt smart to do. but if its purely for religion then good luckk!

  13. That will depend on how many calories you intake and how many you burn in daily activities and exercise.  Many people excessive food so energy lasts all day and spend most time watching TV or sitting on desk. Such people may gain weight instead of loosing.

    If one eat regular breakfast only earlier  and eats regular meal at sunset and continues his daily activities and excercises, he will loose weight,

  15. yeah youd probably get a whole lot skinner, do you mean the whole time or do you mean as you are supposed to do it and do it the whole time? either way i bet you will.
