I want to file a complaint on the dirty restaurant...However, If i file a complaint to the health department, does the owner of the restaurant will know my info? who filed??

I dont want the owner knows my infos....

  1. no i dont believe so. unless you walked out of the restaurant "im definetly gonna complain about this filthy place!" lol.
