If you are under 18, you r brother must have a letter signed by both parents and notarized giving him permission to take you out of the country...some countries are picky about this, others are not.  Then you should have a letter signed by both parents and notarized , giving permission for you to travel alone.  you may or may not be asked to show the letter but it is safer to have it.
