  1. No the weight will not change but the volume will increase. That is why ice floats

  3. (1) the pound of water's weight and mass does not change in theory, but it would be change in practice and the change would be so faintly.

    (2)  the reason is:

           when you do this experiment,the mass is being lose all through this progress.

    because,the water would evaporate gradually,even though when it be the ice,the mass would be lose in the role of sublimation.

    (3) Actually the only change is the volume(increase)and the density (decrease)in practice.

    (4)  the physical formula is M=ρ V(M=mass,ρ=density,V=volume)

  4. A liitle bit. Ice expands so it displaces more air which gives it a bit more lift making it lighter. mass does not change.  

  5. correction ice floats because it is more dense , they weight will not change but the mass will slightly... because it is more dense...
