  1. Not even dude, sorry but 2:21 is nowhere near competitive at the DI level.  If you're a guy, you're way off.  If you're a girl, you got a chance if you make some big strides.

  2. i say a yes but it dosnt hurt to get better

  3. congrats on the time! But realistcly, you proboly wont make it for that event. What are your other times/events? Division 1 is h**l. Although im only a freshman, i know many swimmers who complain about how hard it is. You have no life, you spend hours training. Division ii is the same. I do a 2;24 and im a freshman, so sorry but proboly not. YOu have to be really amazing to get a scholarship, but if your grades are good and you are well rounded, then maybe you can get a scholarship. You never know....

  4. Do you mean yards or meters? That's good for meters, but I am 13 years old and I have a 2:30 in yards. so i mean, not to be rude, but thats not REALLY good or anything. probably not, there is still room for improvement. it depends on the college too.

  5. i dont think so, we had a senior girl on our team that went a 2:04 and she was faster than that at your age, so im sorry but no

  6. You will be able to be a walk-on for a division III school.  Swimming scholarships you need to be much faster.

  7. I don't think so.  Go to NCAA.org and look at the times for different events at the D1 level to give you an idea of what time you'd need to aim for.

  8. Try finding it on. . .

I think the Quilifying time for women is around 2:07 in yards.

  9. It does depend on the school, and what they want for a swim scholarship, but from what I've seen most people that get swim scholarships usually are swimming most strokes around 1 minute or less per 100 yards (which can vary a little between strokes). I know one boy on my high school team and he has several schools looking at him (he's being followed), and they are possibly looking at him for a scholarship, and he has a 2:08 and he's only a sophomore. I'd talk to the schools which you are interested in getting a scholarship from, but my best guess would say that if you would like a scholarship you are probably going to have to aim for quite a bit faster.

  10. No, I'm sorry though!  It's hard I went a 2:10 in my 200 yard IM and placed in the top 8 at states and never received any scholarship offers.  I am on the east coast too.

  11. depends are you disabled

sorry if that was mean but i dont think you can unless you go to hillbilly h**l
