A 6 pac won't develop your leg muscles. Your abs are core muscles that allow you to keep balance. Your verticle might go up slightly because you'll have better control of your body motions, but it is more likely that it'll go down because you'll put on muscle and muscle will weigh you down.

Your 6 pack will not matter that much, but improving your overall core strengh will add 2 inches or so to your vert. A coach I know who has put out trainnig DVDs is where I got this fact
