I know that Croatia isnt apart of the eu, but because it has applied to join and is in the process of joining, i was wondering if there is any advantages to work?

  1. Apply for a working visa so that you will have no problems.

  2. Croatia is only party to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement at this stage of the proceedings and to my knowledge this has no impact on working visa applications

However to ensure you get the correct answer then simply contact one of the EU embassies in Croatia and they will be able to inform you officially (cost-free)
