If i get a diploma in store management will i be able to go for a managers position or do i need more training

im thinking of doing a course i will get a diploma in store management and an award in store management, im a stay at home mum and want to boost my qualifications. ive already done a psychology course but thats not enough to get me a good career is store management diploma a good qualification
