this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 video or sound formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker(included in your windows machine) to create new masterpieces..

Download this >http://uk.real.com/player/more,..install it on you're PC,..then you can get vids of YT.

then edit it,..put Music with it,..then if you like,..you can upload it to the web again!

Here's what you do:

To Upload to YT it needs to be in WMA.

Here's how you do it.

Finish editing Movie in "Windows Media Maker"

Click: File

"Save Movie File"

My Computer

Next

Give it a File Name (Save in Video Folder)

Other Settings

Click Video for Broadband( 512 kbps)

Next

Saves Movie

Click Play Movies Box(Optional!)

Finish! ;)

Now Upload Video To You Tube by clicking the yellow Upload Button on you're Profile and follow on-screen instructions.

The best tool for downloading from youtube is simply YouTube Downloader and gives you the option to convert it to loads of different fomats including mp3. You need to convert it to Windows Media Video (V.7WMV). If you don't have this amazingly simple tool, you need it.
