If i get adopted can i change my orginal last name and add on the new last name .?

My name now is Craig Lee Brannon. So can i get it changed to Craig Lee Crews Harrell Its my moms maiden name andmy stepdads last name.

yes you can change your last name,i know because i am adopted and my last named change also my middle name, and you can change it back whenever you want.
