  1. By Federal Law, they must pay you on or before the next scheduled payday.  They probably will NOT pay you before they have to.

  2. No. They have to pay you by the next scheduled pay date. Ever think of looking for a new job instead of trying to get fired?

  3. Have you tried asking a long-time employee,  or Alabama Department of Labor?  Usually,  most companies do it within 24 hours,  but it might be wise to double-check.  Good Luck..

  4. They don't have to pay you on the spot but your check will be mailed to you on the next pay period for the days you have worked. So you will get payed on the same day whether you quit or get fired so you might as well quit, it looks better on your resume for your next employer.

  5. They have to pay you on or before your next scheduled payday.

  6. If you hate it sooo much, be a man and go out and find a different job while you still have one.  Then, resign (quit) with dignity.  Only losers create a situation where they force the management to fire you.
