  1. It will not stop him from being deported if order is already in progress. Your 15 and have a child by an illegal criminal, where in the h**l are your parents! They should have put him in jail for statutory rape. Let this baby's daddy go or you and your child will never have a decent life! He will be deported with a 10 year ban.

    Report and Deport.

  2. What are you even doing having a baby at the age of 15?

  3. you shoulda thought about that before you had his baby.

  4. Trouble with a capital T that rhymes with D that spells deportation.  Having s*x with a minor child constitutes statutory rape -- and you have proof of that felony.

No one under 18 can sponsor anyone for immigration.  And the sponsor must prove sufficient income and assets to support the person they are sponsoring and guarantee a $30,000 bond.

Marriage cannot legalize an illegal alien.

He is already in deportation proceedings and there is nothing you or anyone else can do about it.

  5. talk to a lawyer

  6. You can marry depending on state laws, but many states have laws on underage s*x (which might be investigated).  Anyways, you can't petition him under 18, even if married.  You can marry then when 18 petition him, but by then people change (you and him).

  7. No you must be 18 to petition for him.My sister in law married at 16 because she was pregnant too but they had to wait till she was 18 to petition.

And if it turns out to be statuary rape he will not get his residency because of the crime and will be banned from the US.

  8. Even if you were an adult he would still face the 10 year ban. It can be taken care of but it takes years of effort, time and to ballpark it $20K. That does not include time away from work and all of that.

15, having a child and deported? Marriage will mean zero. Immigration will never give him a pass. Maybe 20 years from now.

You might get married and be able to use that for child support later. But that will require you hiring a lawyer in his home country and you traveling there. That might not work out and will cost more.

It is time to change your focus. He will not be back so talk to your family and figure out what needs to be done now in regard to you and your child. He is gone and will never be back. If he comes back and is caught he will get a lifetime ban..... married or not.
