If i get my ged will i get my liscense?

Question

i am 17 and got my liscense revoked because i missed too many days of school. i am going to be eligible for getting a liscense when i turn eighteen, in november. if i drop out of my school and get a GED will i get my liscense out before i turn eighteen.
