  1. yes but some times the cost of haveing it cost more than expected.  so besure to ask a customer sales rep about it ok. :)

  2. When you register for Yahoo mobile, you can get Mail or messenger or other services.  You do not have to sign up for it if you rather not ..but can still always  access yahoo messenger on the mobile web at

    http://m.yahoo.com

There is a setting on YM so you can enable yahoo messenger  to sign you in automatically when you sign out of messenger

well if you do not like it...and if you choose not  to use yahoo messenger sms - just UNCHECK the box on your messenger that says log in automatically when you log off messenger

and then do not use the  sms commands to login

also if you choose to cancel everything--mail, alerts, messenger

go here to delete all and then you can remove your mobile

    http://sites.mobile.yahoo.com/wireless/m...

remove your Cellphone type  and cancel all alerts

i hope this helps you better

REMEMBER = Yahoo will never charge you  there are NO hidden charges

-the only charge to you is from your cell company for mobile web and text

Only you will know the size package you need = plan smart if you are going to use the features

    ALSO

a really great program is Yahoo Go -- i almost guarantee if you add this program - you will like it alot!  they just made an upgrade 3.0 but it isnt available for all mobiles - your cell phone will tell you if you qualify for the upgrade i want it now1 lol

there is a really COOL site for added features (links)

    http://rocketshotz.com

    take a look it's cool!
