  1. I can certainly try.

  2. It works the other way - given your height, we can calculate what your ideal weight should be.

    A lot depends on your body type and build. For the stuff you ask, just look in the mirror... you can tell if your tummy and hips are in proportion to th erest of your body.

    If you do want to calculate your ideal weight, the best indicator of appropriate or inappropriate weight is BMI. Here’s a great site for calculating BMI, suggesting your goal weight, and what people think is ideal weight… http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht...

    These are the general guidelines:

    Underweight = <18.5

    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

    Overweight = 25-29.9

    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

  3. You can't tell from that. I am 5'2" and my doc says I should weigh 128 lbs. but everyone is proportioned differently! Some people have bigger/wider hips, some have a fuller chest, some have a bigger butt, some have more muscular thighs or calves, etc... All these would impact the size of a persons body parts! Don't worry so much about those things, just eat healthy, exercise, and try to take care of yourself and you will be okay!
