if i go running 45 minutes a day, everyday 5 days a week are my legs gunna get muscular or thinner because im trying to lose 20 lbs.

  1. Long distance running you'll ge thinner. You're burning energy and using your muscles. It also depends on your diet, what you eat and fuel your body.

    You'll need  weight resistance to build muscle mass. Keep running and always stretch before and after your workouts. It helps prevent injuries. sore muscles and faster recovery.


  2. They'll get thinner, but since you'll be losing fat you'll also be able to see more muscle. So a little of both I guess. You'll lose weight more in your thighs (they'll pretty much just get thinner) but your calves will get lots of definition and you'll see your muscles more clearly
