If i go tanning for my furst time for five minutes is it bad for my skin?

dont use a tanning bed just use the natural sun

Tanning is actually burning your skin. most people think burning your skin is when you become red and it hurts but becoming tan is actually the first step which means SKIN CANCER!!!

5min is realy good for you i went a max in the tanning bed =[ no tan or color change! I have really tough skin to tan!
