Most of the time if you go into any little bodega any where in NYC whether it's Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens or Brooklyn (I don't know squat about Staten Island ha ha) they sell to minors, just 'cause they don't check ID.

Wear a hat and if by chance they ask for ID say you forgot it and try another place (that's what i did when i was younger)

put on a miller lite hat. cut some hair off your head and clue it under your nose for a mustache and put some on your chin for a go tee. that should work!

well if you look 13 years old any place that sells cigarettes will be wary because they can get in trouble

if you can pass for 18 you could probably get away with it

it doesn't matter where you are though, corner stores in the bronx can get in just as much trouble for selling to minors as the ones on the upper west side
